The terms that govern your use of Connect51.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Connect51 platform, website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility

You must have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

  1. Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account credentials
  • Protecting passwords
  • Activities occurring under their accounts

You must promptly notify Connect51 of any unauthorized use.

  1. Use of the Services

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Interfere with Service operations
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Introduce malicious code
  • Reverse engineer the Services except where permitted by law
  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
  1. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of Customer Data submitted through the Services.

You grant Connect51 the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Services, software, content, trademarks, and related technology remain the property of Connect51 or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred under these Terms.

  1. AI Features

Certain Services may include AI-powered functionality.

Users are responsible for reviewing outputs generated by AI systems.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon without appropriate review.

Connect51 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

  1. Fees and Payment

Paid subscriptions are governed by applicable order forms, pricing schedules, or subscription agreements.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of Services.

  1. Service Availability

Connect51 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  1. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information received from the other party using reasonable care and not disclose such information except as permitted by these Terms.

  1. Suspension and Termination

Connect51 may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Required by law
  • Necessary to protect the security or integrity of the Services

Customers may terminate according to applicable subscription agreements.

  1. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNECT51 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • CONNECT51 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
  • CONNECT51’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY THE CUSTOMER DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connect51 and its affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your content or Customer Data
  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, excluding conflict of law principles.

The courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

  1. Changes to the Services

Connect51 may modify, enhance, discontinue, or replace features of the Services at any time.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
