Todd is an experienced leader in international higher education engagement, responsible for developing key markets including New Zealand, Australia, Thailand, Cambodia, South Korea, and Japan.
Most recently he served as Regional Director for Asia-Pacific at Times Higher Education (THE). During his time, the region evolved from low engagement to one of significant growth, marked by deep institutional partnerships and collaborative initiatives.
Todd worked extensively with senior university leaders and government stakeholders, regularly presenting at industry forums, moderating panels, and coordinating cross-functional global teams to deliver strategic solutions tailored to the unique needs of each institution.
Prior to his time at THE, Todd held various roles in marketing, communications, and advertising across the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, bringing a strong foundation in strategic brand and stakeholder engagement to his work in the education sector.
Simone brings extensive experience from working and living across ANZ and Asia, with a diverse background in professional services, higher education, events, and the not-for-profit sector.
As President (APAC) at Times Higher Education, she led through a period of rapid growth and innovation, managing high-performing teams across Melbourne, Singapore, and Manila whilst delivering impactful solutions to universities, governments, and sector bodies across the entire APAC region.
A respected presenter and moderator, Simone is well-connected with senior higher education leaders and brings a globally informed, cross-sector perspective to her work.
